GameBuster is an online gaming platform that hosts and distributes browser-based games. We provide developers with tools to publish their games and earn revenue through our advertising network.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To submit games or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a developer account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Developer Terms

4.1 Game Submission

When submitting games to GameBuster, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the rights to all content in your game
• Your game does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your game complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Your game does not contain malicious code or malware

4.2 Revenue Share

GameBuster offers a 60% revenue share on gross advertising revenue generated by your games. Revenue is calculated and paid according to our Developer Agreement.

4.3 Content Guidelines

Games must not contain:

• Illegal content or activities
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Excessive violence or gore
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Misleading or deceptive practices

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your games and content. By submitting to GameBuster, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, distribute, and promote your games.

5.2 Platform Content

All GameBuster branding, logos, and platform features are owned by GameBuster and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack or compromise the Platform
• Engage in fraudulent activities or click fraud
• Spam or harass other users
• Use automated tools to manipulate metrics

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Prolonged inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR SPECIFIC REVENUE RESULTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMEBUSTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law
